The City of Blue Ash, Ohio is soliciting a Request for Letters of Interest from qualified firms for construction administration, inspection, and materials management for PID #119592, HAM-Grooms Road Connector; Federal Project Number E250(433). A combination of a prime consultant and subconsultant(s) may submit in response. Both the prime consultant and any subconsultant(s) must have ODOT prequalified individuals for the services provided. Required personnel include Project Inspector, Project Structure Inspector, Coatings Inspector, Lighting Inspector, Soils and Aggregate Inspector, and Construction Engineer Level 1 and 2. The consultant and any subconsultant(s) will work in conjunction with the City of Blue Ash as construction progresses. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. This project consists of the construction of approximately 0.39 MI of new roadway to connect Grooms Road to a signalized intersection at Reed Hartman Hwy through the old P&G east campus located at 11500 Re ed Hartman Hwy. Construction limits are Grooms Road to the east and the signalized intersection on Reed Hartman Hwy to the west.
