Remodeling of an educational facility in Decatur, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
**As of February 5, 2026, This project has been awarded to Central Technologies, with the awarded amount of $86,702.56.** Technician(s) will install access control panels and card readers for 24 doors. Technician(s) will install door hardware, including necessary cabling, for selected doors in the customer's space per the onsite survey and bill of materials provided. This includes crash bar conversion kits, rex devices (where applicable), power supplies, and door contacts. The solution will use a cloud-based command platform for all devices (access control, video, visitor management) with instant one-click lockdown capability from a mobile app or desktop. A subscription-based model is required, including hardware warranty, software updates, and 24/7 US-based support. The system should be plug-and-play with easy setup and a unified cloud-native platform, with no servers/NVRs on-site. Scope of work to be completed by May 2026. Meigs County Board of Education may reject any and/or all bids based on budgetary restrictions/funding or other concerns. Bids may be completed and returned by mail or email.
