The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District is considering the procurement of aquatic plant control services for the 2026-2030 growing seasons at Raystown Lake. The contractor will apply herbicide treatments to twelve designated sites totaling approximately 83.5 acres. Responsibilities include collecting water samples to measure herbicide concentration levels before and after each treatment and documenting the percentage of kill for targeted species in each treatment area. The anticipated period of performance is one base year with four option years. Location: Raystown Lake, Pennsylvania. Period of Performance From 01 May 2026 To 30 Apr 2027
