Elevator 1 Modernization At State Aided Development Sheedy Building The project consists of the modernization of one hydraulic passenger elevator, Cars 107-P-48, at the Sheedy Building (667-5) in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The estimated cost of the work is $752,000.00. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of elevators and are required to submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified in the trades of Heating/Ventilating/Air-Conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical Work, and must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, including all alternates, made payable to the Gloucester Housing Authority.
