Renovation of a residential development in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Project consists of but not limited to The modernization of (1) hydraulic passenger elevator, Cars 107-P-48. Elevator 1 Modernization - Sheedy Building. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. DCAMM Prime Certified Contractors in the Elevator Category are invited to submit bids. The Project consists of but not limited to: The modernization of (1) hydraulic passenger elevator, Cars 107-P-48. All Bidding Requests for Information (Rfis) Shall Be Submitted Online by Filed Sub-bids and by 03/13/2026 at 2:00pm Edt for General Bids. The Work is Estimated to Cost $750,000.00. General Bidders Must Agree to Contract With Minority, Women and Veter- An-owned Business Enterprises as Certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (Sdo). The Participation Benchmark Reserved for Such Enterprises Shall Not Be Less Than 8% Mbe, 5% Wbe and 3% Vbe for All State and State-assisted Construction Projects Over $150,000. Request for Waivers Must Be Sent To Eohlc (Chad.howard@mass.gov) 5 Calendar Days Prior to the Gen- Eral Bid Date. No Waivers Will Be Granted After the General Bids Are Opened. Heating / Ventilating / Air-conditioning (Hvac) Electrical Work General Bids and Sub-bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That Is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Including All Alternates) and Made Payable to the Gloucester Housing Au- Thority. Note: A Bid Deposit is Not Required for Projects Advertised Under $50,000.
