Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,100-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a light-frame storage building of approximately 2,100 square feet. The work includes site, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, wood trusses, asphalt shingles, standing seam metal roofing, sectional doors, and electrical. Bids must be made upon Specification Section 002000, FORM OF BID, and shall include a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the LINDENWOLD BOARD OF EDUCATION in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, including Alternates, but not exceeding $20,000. The bid must also be accompanied by an executed Consent of Surety agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, and a two-year Maintenance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bidders and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wages, comply with equal opportunity and affirmative action laws, provide ownership disclosure, and comply with all relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations. The General Contractor and certain trade subcontractors must be pre-qualified and DPMC-classified as specified. Only electronic copies of the bidding documents will be provided upon payment of a non-refundable fee, and bids must be submitted in hard copy form to the designated location. No electronic bid submissions will be accepted. Bidders are responsible for timely and proper delivery of their bid documents.
