The project consists of sitework improvements at Lindenwold School #5 in Lindenwold, New Jersey. The work includes, but is not limited to, parking reconfiguration, stormwater management, irrigation, and site lighting. All work, goods, and services required to complete the public building are to be included in a single General Construction bid. If the scope of work requires trades such as Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron, Plumbing and Gas Fitting, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC), or Electrical, DPMC-Classified Trade Subcontractors for these must be submitted at the time of bid submission, or "Not Applicable" must be indicated if the work does not require them. A Consent of Surety, agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and a two-year Maintenance Bond (each for 100% of the contract amount), must accompany the bid.
