**As of March 9, 2026, the project was awarded to Holmes Construction Company L .P, with an awarded amount of $2,168,064.84.** Randall County is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the construction of paving and drainage facilities for SW 77th Avenue from Soncy Road to Coulter Street. Interested parties are expected to inspect the site and inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Proposals must include a 5% bid bond and, if awarded, a Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of the total project must be submitted within 10 days after the award. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive proposal based on evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal. Payment will be made 30 days after receipt of invoice. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
