Tom Harpool Regional WTP Expansion Project Phase 2 - DP2B McCarthy Building Companies, per Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 (Subchapter F), is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the UPPER TRINITY REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT's Harpool TWTP Phase 2 Expansion. McCarthy is seeking interested suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work on the construction of an existing 30 MGD WTP to increase capacity to 60 MGD.
