TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals 25-027/20090794 the owner has awarded an architectural and engineering professional consulting firms to complete the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early 2026. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
