The mandate consists of providing the Trois-Lacs School Service Center with independent labor services for certain construction work. All work will be performed on demand, on an hourly basis, and supervised by managers from the Material Resources and Community Buildings Department. Work requests will be assigned to the contractor who submits the lowest price. The contractor shall, in particular: - Provide skilled labor in sufficient quantities; - Provide personal protective equipment that complies with current regulatory requirements; - Provide the tools and equipment appropriate for the work requested by the Trois-Lacs School Service Center, when required; - Provide a cost estimate for minor work for each construction job requested; - Provide the materials required by the Trois-Lacs School Service Center to complete the construction work in which the contractor is involved; - Provide services for all Trois-Lacs School Service Center buildings. The contract is for a term of three (3) years, from February 4, 2026, to February 3, 2029.
