The work includes: - Demolition and reconstruction of the exterior wall between axes 1 and 15, while retaining the existing foundation wall. - Interior and exterior finishing, installation of windows and partitions, and waterproofing and insulation work. - Demolition and reconstruction of the parapet, including complete re-roofing in the affected areas. - Cleaning and/or disinfection of the affected areas, in accordance with the building hygienist's recommendations. - Preparation, adjustment and reinforcement of the existing steel structure. - Dismantling and partial reconstruction of the electromechanical systems.
