The City of Torrance (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed elevator contractors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, modernization support, and emergency services for all City-owned elevators and lifts. The selected Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, permits, licenses, transportation, bonds, insurance, overhead, and profit necessary to deliver complete elevator services in accordance with the Agreement.
