Fit up of one portion to RCMP standard - CBSA approved, walls, door, possibly ceiling. Tinting on existing window. Modifications to lighting, HVAC, electrical, as required. Voice, data, electrical - SSC will demarcate Card access and alarm - CBSA security will hire vendor to demarcate -Secure room will be the North half of the room -Demo will be confirmed by consultant. ( minimal to be determined) General Contractor to follow IFC Drawings and Specifications that is included in tender package for full scope.
