Site work for a water / sewer project in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of improvements to the Mill Creek Pump Station for the Upper Southampton Municipal Authority. The work includes two main contracts: Contract No. 2025-01 – General/Process Mechanical: This contract includes, but is not limited to, construction of a concrete pad and containment area; installation of back-up pumps, yard piping, valves, sensors, switches, piping, fittings, instrumentation, a fuel tank and support stand; site preparation; concrete and metal work; paving; grading; temporary fencing; erosion and sedimentation controls; demolition including removal of existing pipes, valves, equipment, and a stormwater manhole; filling and abandonment of the overflow pipe from the wet well; and all other items specified or shown in the contract documents and drawings. Contract No. 2025-02 – Electrical: This contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for installation of new electric panels, transformers, PLC control cabinet, motor control center, variable-frequency drives, safety disconnects, sensor arrays, junction boxes, conduit and wiring; selective electrical demolition and modifications; startup; and all other items specified or shown in the contract documents and drawings. All labor, materials, tools, and equipment are to be provided as required for the completion of the project. The work is to comply with Davis Bacon Act Federal Wage Rates, American Iron and Steel requirements, and Build America, Buy America provisions. Only steel and construction materials produced in the United States are to be used. Contractors and their subcontractors must meet requirements of the Public Works Employment Verification Act and other applicable laws. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and comply with all procedures, bid security, and qualification requirements as detailed in the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bids received. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the due date, subject to extension up to one hundred twenty days under certain circumstances.
