A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work involves the replacement of one fish barrier culvert with a fish passable concrete slab bridge on a pile foundation, including concrete wingwalls and associated roadwork. Additional work includes installation of a drainage ditch culvert with an HDPE pipe, temporary traffic control, guardrail installation, temporary stream diversion, construction dewatering, clearing and grubbing, excavation, streambed construction, large woody material placement, site restoration, paving, and other related tasks, all in accordance with the provided Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically with the subject line clearly stating "BID PROPOSAL for Quandary Creek Culvert Replacement." Bid documents are available electronically. The contract award will consider the lowest total proposed price as well as qualifications, contractor experience, and the Owner's budget capacity.
