A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Yakama Service Unit Upgrade Stand Alone Closed Circuit Television and Card Access System The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidental services necessary to successfully upgrade and install fully functional stand-alone CCTV security camera systems and Card Access Systems that meet all specified performance standards and ensure compliance with Indian Health Manual requirements. Contractor should also be aware of existing CAS throughout the Facility that should remain in place and active. The project involves upgrading the stand-alone Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and card access system at the Yakama Service Unit. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install and integrate a modern CCTV system and card access control system. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing equipment as required, installing new cameras, access control devices, cabling, and associated hardware, and ensuring full functionality of the upgraded systems. Work must comply with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications, and include testing, programming, and training for designated personnel upon completion. The contractor shall also provide all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.
