Renovation of a mixed-use development in Toppenish, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work includes replacing the existing building automation system (BAS) at the Yakama Indian Health Center with a new system that provides full control and monitoring of HVAC equipment. The new BAS must be capable of integrating with existing HVAC systems and provide remote access, scheduling, trending, and alarming capabilities. The contractor is responsible for the removal of the existing system, installation of the new BAS, programming, commissioning, and training of facility staff. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and the system must be fully operational upon completion. Project Location: 401 Buster Rd Toppenish, WA 98948 Yakima County, WA The estimated magnitude of the proposed construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days. Questions regarding the solicitation and project must be submitted in writing to Robert S.
