The contractor shall provide solid waste collection, disposal, and recycling services for the Yakama Indian Health Center (YIHC) and Annex facility in Toppenish, Washington. This includes furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, supervision, transportation, and materials necessary for the required services. Services required are the rental, servicing, collection, transportation, and lawful disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials generated at these government facilities. The contractor shall provide weekly collection of all designated containers and disposal of waste in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and local environmental regulations. Additional non-recurring waste collection services for construction debris or similar materials may be requested by the government as needed. The contractor must provide and maintain containers, replace damaged ones as needed (unless due to Government negligence), submit monthly invoices itemizing services and estimated waste volumes, and coordinate pickups with YIHC Maintenance personnel. The contractor is responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring professional conduct, reporting any incidents immediately, and coordinating service changes with the designated representative. The contractor will not receive any government-furnished equipment or information, and must comply with all relevant safety and environmental requirements. Access to the facilities will be provided as needed and contractor personnel may be escorted while on site.
