Renovation of an educational facility in Saratoga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 01/12/2026 Last Day for RFI Submittals, Substitutions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents. The project consists of complete campus fire alarm system replacement at Prospect High School. Scope of work includes installation of new fire alarm system and new main panel including but not limited to demolition of existing devices, conduit, and wire as required, cross over to new system, and final testing. To bid on this project, bidders are required to possess a C-10 and/or C-16 State of California contractor's license, which must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the contract. Bidders must be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations. Only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the District and must include a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder shall furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. All workers must be paid not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the total bid amount only. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
