Capitalized terms in this document have the meaning set forth in the Instructionsto Proposers. The Request for Proposals and evaluation criteria will be available on December 18, 2025, 2:00 p.m. via Online. Proposals are sought from DCAMM certified contractors to provide design, modification, and installation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, improving building performance and resilience, and reducing carbon emissions at North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA. Contractors must be certified under the standard categories: General Building Construction, Energy Management Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC. All companies wishing to participate must register on Bid Express and be verified by the DCAMM Energy & Sustainability Group. To be eligible to submit a proposal as a prime contractor, vendors must be DCAMM Certified as specified. The Commonwealth reserves the right to waive formalities or reject any or all proposals or portions thereof.
