Question Deadline 01/30/2026 at 1:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by for general bids. The Contractor and all subcontractors shall strive to achieve: 6.9% Women participation and 15.3% Minority participation. The project involves exterior improvements to existing wood-framed residential buildings located at 19AB Stone Street, 19CD Stone Street, and 110AB Ash Street. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: removing and replacing existing siding; removing and replacing all damaged sheathing; removing and replacing exterior trim; removing and reusing gutters and downspouts; and removing and replacing window trim and sealant. There are also add alternates for 39AB Fellows Street, porch and portico repairs, removing and replacing rigid insulation, and supplying and installing new weather barrier/building wrap at all surfaces. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed electronic bids, with hard copy bids not being accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates). General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of Exterior Siding and submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Bidders must also agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) with a combined participation benchmark of not less than 13% of the final contract price, including accepted alternates, and strive to achieve 6.9% women participation and 15.3% minority participation.
