The Perry Terrace development consists of seven low-rise elderly one-story buildings on a site of approximately two acres. Construction of the development was completed in 1959. There are a total of 26 dwelling units and a combined residential floor area of 11,625 square feet. There is also a community unit (one of the living units converted to community use).
