Includes building(s) #1 Administration, #2-Trade Shops, #3-Automotive Shop & Outdoor Storage Canopy. The site currently includes an existing food services warehouse, which was constructed in Phase 1. Work for this Phase 2 includes minor renovations in the existing food services warehouse at the IT room, as well as all associated utilities for the new building(s), and sitework, landscaping, and site amenities to ensure proper functionality. The base bid includes all work shown on drawings & associated project manual, excluding any additive alternatives, which are to be priced separately. Reference Section 01 2300 Alternates, 2. The contractor shall review the contract documents for a full understanding of the scope of this project.
