Replacement of roof shingles on 9 buildings (duplexes, 2 units per duplex) located at Walnut Grove Community at 1091-B Walnut. MVPHA is accepting sealed bids for this project. Bid packet can be obtained at the MVPHA Maintenance Office, 924 S. San Pedro St, Las Cruces, NM, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sealed bids will be accepted through 2:00 p.m. at the same location. Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. will be returned unopened. MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
