Renovation of a stadium in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,810-square-foot stadium.

The selected Design Professional shall provide full architectural and engineering services, including architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, and technology/AV coordination. Further, the Design Professional shall support an accelerated project delivery approach and coordinate closely with NMSU and the selected construction delivery team. The project may utilize Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Bid-Build, or other procurement approaches permitted under the New Mexico Procurement Code. The Design Professional shall support phased design deliverables and may be required to prepare early construction packages to support accelerated procurement of enabling work, structural elements, or long-lead materials. Services shall support planning, design, construction documentation, bidding, furnishing and equipment coordination, and construction administration.
