Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Bids are invited for the following: Orchard Station Park Sound Wall project includes erosion control, demolition, grading, site access and a sound wall to be constructed on the existing park property bordering I-25. All earthwork, foundations, and wall structure will be included in the project scope. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by the other documents as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate bids, to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, to require statements or evidence of bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of Owner in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the bidding period if it appears in its interest to do so. Project questions/clarifications are due to the Goldsmith Metropolitan District, Attn: David Vasquez, by 1:00 p.m. local time on January 9, 2026. Project questions/clarification will be answered and returned to interested parties on January 14, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. local time. Update to Orchard Station Park including all grading, landscaping, new irrigation and utilities, updated site furnishings, hardscapes and new lighting. A soundwall will also be constructed on the property along I-25. All earthwork, foundations, and wall structure will be included in the project scope. Coordination for future signage on the wall will be required. a. Contractor must locate and/or pothole all existing utilities such as electric, telecommunications, fiber optic, gas, force main, gravity main, water mains, etc. to confirm locations and depth. Care must be exercised to minimize damage to all adjacent utilities such as electrical lines, fiber optic cable, natural gas main, etc. All existing utilities may or may not be shown on the Construction Drawings. Contractor is solely responsible for locating all existing utilities. Contractor will work with the District Representatives and businesses to minimize impacts due to construction. b. All construction is to be in accordance with the Greenwood Village, Arapahoe County and Goldsmith Metropolitan District specifications and standards. Project start date is March 16, 2026 with a completion date of June 1, 2026.
