The anticipation for this project is minimum re-ducting and tying the replaced units into existing duct work. Electrical systems will be modified accordingly to meet the new buildings need and architectural replacement of affected areas due to construction. Cottonwood Elementary School: 55 East 200 South, Orangeville, Utah Cottonwood Elementary School mechanical upgrade consists of installing 20 new gas fire/dx roof top units along with the associated duct work, 1 new heat pump indoor unit, 1 new air cooled outdoor unit, replacing a new make-up air unit, 3 Cabinet Unit Heater, and replacing two existing exhaust fans. Electrical systems will be modified accordingly to meet the new mechanical needs. Roof patching is required for new penetrations and structural bracing as needed for the new roof top units. Architectural items will be to address the affected areas due to construction. Huntington Elementary School: 90 East 100 North, Huntington, Utah Huntington Elementary School mechanical upgrade consists of installing 27 new gas fire/dx roof top units along with the associated duct work, 1 new heat pump indoor unit, 1 new air cooled outdoor unit, 2 cabinet unit heater, replacing a new make-up air unit, replacing 3 existing exhaust fans.
