Site work for a water / sewer project in East Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the WWTP #1 Sludge Tank Ladder & Platform Replacement project for the City of East Peoria. All bidders may be required to submit an Illinois Capital Development Board Pre-qualification Statement if requested. Each bid must include two completed copies of bid documents and a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the City of East Peoria, amounting to five percent of the total bid. Failure to submit the required bid guarantee may result in bid rejection. The work may begin as early as February 3rd, 2026 and must be substantially completed on or before May 15th, 2026. Bids are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids as deemed in the owner's best interest. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, are available for review and bidding at specified locations.
