Key West Library Roof Replacement The Scope of Work includes the removal of existing concrete tile roofing from 15,400 SFpublic library building and replacement with new V-Crimp Metal roofing installed in strict accordance with Miami Dade Notices of Acceptance (NOA). Questions Due Date: Jul 16th 2026, 5:00 PM EDT Proposers and Sub-proposers requiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documents shall submit their questions in writing to the Director of the Department of Facilities Management no later than ten ( 10) business days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals (See Subsection 3.1.4) Please Do Not Submit Your Confidential Financial Information as Part of Your Proposal.
