Description

Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Project consists of work at two locations: Development Center - Swapping out with furnish and installation of a 150Kw Generator, 2 ATS's and a UPS. Existing Fire Station must remain operational during the work. Municipal Building- Demolition of Existing HVAC, Generator and Gas Enclosures and construction of new HVAC, Generator and Gas Meter Enclosures consisting of concrete, brick, steel and associated grading and landscaping around new Enclosures. Electrical to include upsizing existing Generator to 300kw and all associated equipment as shown on the 12/15/25 Permit Docs. Municipal Building to remain operational during the work. Project is Tax Exempt. Bidder questions must be directed to Jeremy Nothdurft, Alliance Construction Solutions at jhnothdurft@allianceconstruction.com. Questions are not allowed to be asked directly to Designers or the City of Loveland. Project is submitted for permit and the start date is dependent upon the procurement of the electrical equipment.
