Tarrant County is soliciting bids for an annual agreement for electrical services for various buildings located in the downtown and suburban areas. Tarrant County intends to award multiple primary vendors depending on the number of bids received. Vendor(s) will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and with the approval of the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract. If Tarrant County chooses to renew, the Vendor must update and submit any required documents by no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the option period. Documents must be in force for the full option period, or Tarrant County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation. Question Cut Off Date: 1/5/2026 12:00:00 PM (CT)
