The work includes Conversion of a natural grass football field inside a synthetic track oval to a synthetic turf field. Track repairs and re-spraying of a new track surface on the track and field areas. Associated sitework, paving, drainage and utility work. By Additive Alternate #1, construction of an additional long jump runway and pit. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount, written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in R.S. 38:2219.A.( l )(a) , (b) and (c). Bidder shall show the Contractor's license number and name of the project on the Bid envelope as required by Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2163.A.(l ).
