Scope of work for this project consists of the remodel of a portion of the second floor of Building 12. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition, wall framing, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work at Clovis Community College per bid specifications ensuring compliance with current Division of State Architect (DSA) code requirements. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials and related items necessary and required to complete the work as indicated at 10309 N.
