Remodeling of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Scope of work for this project consists of the remodel of a portion of the second floor of Building 12. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition, wall framing, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work at Clovis Community College per bid specifications ensuring compliance with current Division of State Architect (DSA) code requirements. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials and related items necessary and required to complete the work as indicated at 10309 N. Willow Ave, Fresno, CA 93730 pursuant to the attached minimum specifications. Bid Valid 45 Days Liquidated Damages $2000/Day Project Award: On or about March 3, 2026 for procurement On or about May 26, 2026 for construction The District will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number (VBID) with a timestamp from the bid management system.
