Invitation For Bids For Construction Of Fresno Station Early Works The California High-Speed Rail Authority is inviting bids for a construction contract that includes accessibility improvements, hazardous materials abatement/removal, and the seismic retrofit of the historic Fresno Southern Pacific Railroad Depot. The project also involves the build-out of plazas servicing the two future Fresno station entrances located in downtown and Chinatown, including utility upgrades, relocations and connections, demolition, park and plaza development, station multimodal parking, and EV charging. The resulting contract will be for 505 working days with an estimated cost of $50 million. Bids must be submitted through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal. Instructions for registration and bid submission are provided in the Trimble Bid Portal User Guide referenced in the portal.
