Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; pavement rehabilitation at eight (8) separate locations - Shields Avenue, Figarden Drive, McKinley-Palm-Olive-Fruit block, Ashlan Avenue, Fresno Street, Cedar Avenue (two area locations) and McKenzie-Winery-Tulare-Chestnut block. The work to be performed will be asphalt concrete grind and overlay with full depth reconstruction at isolated areas, curb ramps reconstruction, sidewalk and curb & gutter repairs, replacement of roadway striping, installation of advance stop bars, replacement of traffic signal loops at affected intersections, and adjustment of water valves and manhole lids to match proposed pavement grades.
