Site work for a road / highway in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to;Installation of a traffic signal at Chestnut Avenue and Weldon Avenue and a high-intensity activated crosswalk (HAWK) pedestrian signal at First Street and Home Avenue. The work includes installation of conduits, pull boxes, conductors, loop detectors, traffic signal poles, traffic signal controller cabinet, ITS equipment, service pedestal, concrete curb ramps, concrete valley gutter, pavement rehabilitation and signing and striping. Response Types Line Items Type of Award Lump Sum Bid Valid 64 days from the date bids are opened Liquidated Damages $1,500 per calendar day of delay Project Duration 90 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class "A" or "C-10" Contractor's License issued by the State of California. The Contractor shall utilize the City's Construction Management Information System (CMIS) for the submission, management, and review of all project-related data and documents throughout the duration of the Contract. CMIS is a web-based electronic project management system provided by the City at no cost to the Contractor. It is intended to facilitate the electronic exchange of information, automate key construction management processes, provide electronic notifications of project activities, and serve as the primary platform for the submission and oversight of contract documentation. All construction management documentation, including but not limited to daily inspection reports, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), pay estimates and change orders, shall be submitted and reviewed through CMIS. The use of CMIS by both the City and the Contractor is mandatory and shall serve as the official record of project communications and documentation unless otherwise authorized in writing by the City. All construction management documentation, including but not limited to daily inspection reports, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), pay estimates and change orders, shall be submitted and reviewed through CMIS. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Any questions or concerns relating to these Specifications shall be directed in writing to the designated Procurement Specialist of the Purchasing Division.
