The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services, including repair and minor construction, in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) program at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID). The contractor shall furnish all personnel, services, materials, equipment (excluding Government-furnished items), and transportation necessary to perform O&M services for the USAMRIID facility. Services must ensure continuous staffing and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year plus four option years. This notice is for market research and sources sought purposes only; no award will result from this notice, and no solicitation is currently available. Contractors are responsible for monitoring official channels for any future solicitation release. Location: Fort Detrick, MD. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
