The work includes crack repair by epoxy injection, stair nosing repair using epoxy bond, concrete patch repair, concrete resurfacing, concrete repaint, concrete stain removal, installation of different types of joint seals, wood and metal repaint, tiles replacement, chain link fence repair, guardrail maintenance, trash removal, and other miscellaneous items of work. The work will be conducted adjacent to and within existing light rail facilities and is subject to restrictions to ensure safety and the continuing operations of the light rail system. For this contract, the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform minor repairs and maintenance of various structures on the Valley Transportation Authority Light Rail Structures and Facilities.
