Under the direction of the Manager of Parks, Forestry and Cemeteries as well as the City of Welland Fire Chief or designate, the contractor will be responsible for all labour, materials, equipment and supervision for the snow clearing of the parking lots at 400 East Main Street, 636 King Street, and 924 Prince Charles Drive, Welland, ON per the supplied maps. Instructions to bidders: 1. Review the bid documents thoroughly. 2. Complete and submit your responses following the instructions in the documents. 3. The City of Welland may ask you to attach files or enter your responses online by completing forms when you respond. 4. Allow ample time for uploading files, accounting for upload time and anti-virus scan. Files failing the anti-virus check will be rejected. Online submission is required and only accepted through the specified platform. There is a one-time eBid submission fee for submitting the bid response online. A pre-proposal or site meeting is scheduled and attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
