Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Stantonsburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the demolition and clearance of two houses and the provision and set-up of two State Building Code modular houses. Bidders are required to comply with federal regulations, including Section 109 and Executive Order 11246 prohibiting employment discrimination based on race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, E-Verify Regulations, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act is also required. The project encourages participation from small, minority, women-owned, and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB), as well as Section 3 businesses. Bidders may not be debarred from state or federal contracts. The right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids is reserved.
