Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty-Leeper; UNCW Housing Phase 3; a joint venture for The University of North Carolina – Wilmington as part of the Student Housing Phase 3 Project in Wilmington, NC for the following packages: Steel Stairs, Load Bearing Metal Stud and Truss System, Residential Windows, Elevators, Fire Protection, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Equipment and Early Site Development.
