A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty-Leeper; UNCW Housing Phase 3; a joint venture for The University of North Carolina - Wilmington as part of the Student Housing Phase 3 Project in Wilmington, NC for the following packages: Steel Stairs, Load Bearing Metal Stud and Truss System, Residential Windows, Elevators, Fire Protection, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Equipment and Early Site Development. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to include opportunities for Minority Business participation wherever possible in their respective bid submission.
