Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.

Science and Technology Replacement Pre-Heat Coils Project includes phased replacement and relocation of existing steam pre-heat coils and pre-filter banks for six (6) air handling units (AHUs) in a mechanical penthouse of the Science and Technology Building, and replacement of undersized condensate return piping and associated duplex condensate return unit.
