The proposed project consists of selective roof replacement at the Upper Campus, painting exterior concrete panels, fire alarm upgrades, and other improvements throughout both campuses. Prospective bidders should contact Kari Christensen at Lamp Incorporated to be placed on the bid list and will be granted access to SmartBid to download drawings. Lamp Incorporated will utilize SmartBid for the entire bidding process, including addenda. All contractors wishing to bid must have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. Qualification statements are due in Lamp Incorporated's office by 5:00 pm, Monday, January 19, 2026. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany the Bid Form. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond equal to 100% of the bid amount and a Certificate of Insurance within ten days of the contract award. The successful bidder is required to pay Prevailing Wage and submit certified payroll records in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive bid irregularities. The project is tax exempt. A pre-bid meeting is strongly urged but not mandatory. Bidders failing to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the project and conditions at the scope review may be rejected.
