For Concrete and Subgrade Removal, Restoration & Cleanout Cover Installation. Contractor shall complete the work in Phase 1 within 25 working days from Notice to Proceed for this phase. This project will require close coordination with the Authority, who will be repairing a section of sanitary sewer main that runs underneath the basement at 1824 Williamson Rd NE. The work will be split into two phases with the Authority performing work in between the phases.
