Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Glencoe, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 607-seat theater / auditorium.

Sealed bids are requested for the replacement of 607 auditorium seats at the High School Campus in Glencoe, MN. The scope includes the demolition and removal of the old seats, costs for dumpsters, new materials including seats and 100 tablet arm writing surfaces, installation, and freight. All work is to be completed during the summer of 2026. Bids must be clearly marked 'Auditorium Seating' and submitted to Glencoe Silver Lake Schools, Attn: Trisha Zajicek, Finance Director, 1621 E. 16th St. Glencoe, MN 55336. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal in the best interest of the school district.
