The Contract Team reserves the right to make an award to other than the lowest-priced Bidder per Texas Government code chapter 2269. Award is subject to the discretion and final approval of City of College Station. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60-days from the date Bids are opened and no Bid may be withdrawn until after the expiration date.
