Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Petersburg, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of December 23, 2025, an engineer has been selected and the project is now in the early design phase. Bidding is expected to begin in July 2025, with construction anticipated to start in September or October 2027 and continue for approximately 18 months. The purpose of this project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement through milling and resurfacing along this section of Gandy Boulevard in Pinellas County. In addition to resurfacing, the project also includes signing and pavement markings, ADA facility upgrades and, driveway modifications. Other improvements include median modifications to accommodate a third westbound lane from San Fernando Drive. Construction is currently anticipated to begin in Spring 2027.
