Defence Construction Canada is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for 'as and when required' general construction services specific to Department of National Defence requirements within the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. The agreement will have an initial period of one year, with an estimated maximum value of $350,000. It may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods with the same estimated maximum value per period. Individual call-ups are expected to range from $5,000 to $50,000, with a maximum value of $100,000 per call-up. The selected contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) clearance issued by the Contract Security Program within Public Services and Procurement Canada. Questions must be directed only to the identified point of contact. Bidders who contact others during the solicitation period may be disqualified.
